1. Introduction
CrowdHavens (“CrowdHavens”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates a digital work marketplace that connects businesses (“Clients”) with independent workers (“Workers”) for online tasks and projects. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform Role
CrowdHavens is a marketplace platform only. We are not an employer of Workers and do not act as an agent for Clients or Workers. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on task availability, requirements, and approval outcomes.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use CrowdHavens.
- You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.
- You must use the platform only for lawful purposes.
4. Accounts & Security
- One person may maintain only one account unless CrowdHavens approves otherwise in writing.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity on your account.
- Account selling, sharing, or transferring is prohibited.
5. Tasks, Submissions & Approval
- Clients define instructions, requirements, evidence, and acceptance criteria.
- Workers must follow instructions and submit truthful evidence and original work.
- Clients may approve or reject submissions based on posted criteria and supporting evidence.
6. Payments, Fees & Withdrawals
Payments are made after task review and approval. CrowdHavens may charge service, transaction, or withdrawal fees. Fees (where applicable) should be shown before confirmation. Withdrawal methods and processing times vary by region and provider.
7. Verification & Compliance
To protect the platform, CrowdHavens may require identity verification or additional checks before withdrawals, during investigations, or where required by law. Failure to complete required checks may result in restricted access or delayed withdrawals.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Bots, automation, scripts, or artificial activity
- Multiple accounts, impersonation, or falsified information
- Fraudulent submissions, plagiarized work, or manipulated evidence
- Attempts to bypass security or risk controls (including misuse of VPN/proxy tools to evade detection)
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or compliance reasons. During an investigation, we may delay withdrawals or withhold amounts reasonably suspected to be associated with violations, to protect users and platform integrity.
10. Intellectual Property & Copyright
CrowdHavens and all platform content (including branding, design, text, graphics, code, and logos) are owned by CrowdHavens or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Worker submissions remain the Worker’s content, but by submitting work you grant CrowdHavens and the relevant Client a license to use the submission for task review, delivery, audit, dispute handling, and platform operations.
11. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, task availability, or that any specific user will earn income.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdHavens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses relating to approvals, rejections, earnings, or task availability.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the CrowdHavens platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
CrowdHavens is not yet incorporated.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
